Pianist Maestro Mistheria will hold a "Keys of Eternity" special presentation concert in his Italian town Luco dei Marsi (AQ), on August 26, 2011.
The song list includes songs by the same Mistheria taken from the brand new album "Keys of Eternity", CD which will be released in September by the Francesco Digilio's label Sifare Publishing (Rome) that produced the new work.

Blue Mammoth Hard Prog Rock band and their new album
The debut self-titled Blue Mammoth album is a fourteen tracks one with up to 1h03min long. Some tracks are grouped to tell only one story, like "Blue Mammoth" on tracks 1-4, "The Rain of Changes" on tracks 6-8 and "Quixote's Dream" on tracks 10-12. Nevertheless, it's not quite a concept album like many prog fans would understand this denomination. But everyone who listens to it will surely perceive kind of imaginary thread throughout the tracks. This is much more due to some encircling force that surrounded everyone involved in the album's production then to some deliberated act. This passion involvement let the group make a deep sink into the material's universe, and we can say that these pieces really represent an artistic moment of this group.
There was kind of an order in all the process like, every songs were composed in a closed period of some months unless track 13 "Resurrection Day" that Andre Micheli brought from an old partnership's work. All pieces were arranged in a subsequent closed period of some months too, unless the last album track "Infinite Strangers" that the band decided to completely change its arrangements when we were almost in recording process. And we don't regret it. This means that when we begun to work on the songs we had already a broad vision above all selected material and when we begun to record we had it already ready to go. Most probably that's why all the repertoire seems to naturally cohere.
Featuring JULIAN QUILODRAN on bass, cello, flute and backing vocals; ANDRE MICHELI on keyboards, lead & backing vocals THIAGO MEYER on drums, percussion and backing vocals; and ANDRE LUPAC on guitars, flute and backing vocals; the album is a fine production arranged by André Micheli and Julian Quilodran, recorded and mixed by Julian Quilodran, and produced by Blue Mammoth band, and is now released by Masque records in 2011. It comes with an eight pages booklet with all lyrics and informations.

The Raconteurs will be playing their first shows in nearly 3 years
By now you must have heard that The Raconteurs will be playing their first shows in nearly 3 years including the MI Fest in Michigan on Sept. 17th. Now, we would also like to announce that the Rolling Record Store will also be making an appearance and that's not all.... Five, count them, FIVE additional Third Man artists have been added to the bill and will be performing on a Third Man stage at the festival! We picked some of our favorites on the TMR roster from Nashville and Michigan to do this and we're really pleased with the lineup. It's a great assortment of artists from the label and really shows how diverse our catalog is. Also, ALL of these bands KILL IT live. Here's the lineup:
JEFF The Brotherhood - Nashville's best 2 piece brother band. The WORLDS best 2 piece brother band! If you don't know, you soon will!
Black Milk - His show here at Third Man was one of the best we've ever had here. Prepare to have your eyes and ears amazed.

The Black Belles - Fresh from their Colbert appearance the Southern Goths blink into the sunlight and bring you garage rock glory!
The Thornbills - Perfect way to kick off the day... Harmony drenched Slavic folk and Americana with extra pop hooks. GREAT live band.

In early October we'll be releasing a Blue Series single produced by Jack White (natch). The A Side is a 6 and 1/2 minute jam called "Whatever I Want" and the B Side is a killer version of a Tiger B. Smith rocker, "Everything I Need". Both tunes are incredible we are overly excited to be working with the fellas who are just one of the best bands out there working today. We'll have lots more news about this soon, but in the meantime check out this awesome new pic. *NOTE* this is NOT the single cover. You'll have to wait for that one...

Imagery: success on Youtube and festival concert in Brazil
The Inner Journey, IMAGERY's debut album, is already on the final stages of recording. Expected for an October release, the CD will bring tracks from the band's praised demo and from the singles released by them.
During the recording process of The Inner Journey, IMAGERY has been posting a diary on the band's Youtube official page. Fans from all around the world have been following the videos and registered their satisfaction with the material.
"We are very impressed with all that positive messages left by people from Europe, United States and Asia", celebrates the singer and guitarist, Jocer Bertoni.
"We conquered so many new fans through Youtube. Besides the Recording Diary, we have other videos with the band playing live, with no overdubs. Once our music is very technical, people got impressed with the performance of the band, specially because we are a trio".
For the Brazilian fans that wants to listen and see the fire power of the band on the stage, IMAGERY will be one of the headliners of the fourth OverMetal festival to take place this friday, 19.08, at Strettos Pub in Londrina, Parana state. OverMetal Festival starts at 10pm and, besides IMAGERY, also features the bands Panndora, Madness and Karmanhead.

THE TEA CLUB At ProgDay 2011
After years of teaching themselves to write and play, brothers PATRICK and DAN McGOWAN founded THE TEA CLUB in the fall of 2003. Over time and through the release of four EPs, the band worked, morphed and grew, culminating in their full-length debut, General Winter's Secret Museum. It was considered by many to be one of the highlights of 2008.
THE TEA CLUB took things to another level with Rabbit, an album that made many Best of 2010 lists. With comparisons being made to bands like PINEAPPLE THIEF, OCEANSIZE and RADIOHEAD, THE TEA CLUB present a mysterious, intimate and passionate mix of post-rock, alternative and progressive rock. Siege Of Amida Digital to release debut EP from UK progressive metal outfit BETRAEUS
Following an explosive year of top festival appearances and support shows, UK progressive metal outfit BETRAEUS are set to release their fantastic debut EP on Siege Of Amida this November.
Since their inception in 2009, Manchester four piece Betraeus have gone from strength to strength developing their unique blend of atmospheric, progressive, death metal. With the average age of 19, their fusion of chopping riffs and blasting rhythms with intense atmosphere creates an epic metal experience that is mature well beyond their years, making them one of the UK's most exciting underground bands.
In 2010 Betraeus successfully made their way to play the New Blood Stage at Bloodstock Open Air with the likes Opeth, Children Of Bodom, Devin Townsend and more. They also played an intricate acoustic set on the Jagermeister stage at the festival, showcasing the diversity of their music. A year of UK touring and high profile shows with the likes of Blaze Bailey and Beholder followed, with the band most recently destroying the The Pepsi Max stage at Download festival this year.
Scheduled for a November release across all digital platforms, 'Towards The Sun' is an absolute must have for fans of Opeth, Death, Cynic, Bloodbath and Insomnium, and features two live tracks from their performance at Bloodstock.

Doogie White reveals cover artwork and tracklist of his debut solo album!
Metal Mind Productions will release Doogie White's debut solo album in Autumn. This Scottish vocalist came to the attention of the worldwide audience when Ritchie Blackmore asked him to be the lead singer in his reformed Rainbow. They recorded one album together - "Stranger in Us All." Doogie would go on to sing with Swedish neo-classical guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen for over a six and a half year period, record two albums and tour the world. He also recorded four albums and toured with Cornerstone and is currently the lead singer of Tank, who embark on selected European dates starting this month.
The album called "As Yet Untitled" is a collection of 10 dramatic and hard hitting rock songs co-written by White and some good friends he has made over the years on the rock scene. The list of guest musicians involved in the recording of "As Yet Untitled" looks impressive:
Drums - Patrick Johansson (Yngwie Malmsteen), Thomas Broman (Glenn Hughes);
Keyboards - Derek Sherinian (Black Country Communion), Tony Carey (Rainbow);
Bass - Neil Murray (Whitesnake), Greg Smith (Ted Nugent), Paul Logue (Edens Curse);
Guitars - Pontus Norgren (Hammerfall), Marcus Jidell (Royal Hunt), Phil Hilborne (Queen Musical), Mick Tucker (Tank);
Guest vocals - Patti Russo (Meatloaf, Cher).
The album was recorded at various studios in Florida, Germany, and Scotland but most of the production was handled in Sweden with Pontus Norgren (Hammerfall) at the helm.

Sky Arts to air High Voltage TV special featuring Black Country Communion
Sky Arts is pleased to announce the television transmission of this year's High Voltage Festival on Saturday 20th August at 10pm.
Filmed in Hi-Definition, the 90-minute TV special includes performances from Black Country Communion, Slash, Judas Priest, Dream Theater, Rival Sons, Thin Lizzy, Thunder, Saint Jude, Michael Monroe, and Queensryche.
