New Renaissance Studio Album: Grandine il Vento

We have been busy composing what we believe will be the best Renaissance music ever recorded.  With that in mind, we find ourselves facing the most crucial time in our career: funding the recording of our first studio album in over ten years, called Grandine il Vento.

We must raise all the monies to pay for the production, promotion and distribution ourselves, since major labels no longer care about the music we make nor most of the music you love. Together with you is the only way we can make it happen.

We have put together a program on the fundraising website Kickstarter.

There you will find a vast array of pledge opportunities with rewards ranging from advance copies of the album to VIP tickets to concerts, original paintings, executive producer credits, home concerts, plus special items from our private memorabilia collections including two historic guitars and the dress Annie wore on BBC's Top Of The Pops.

Every dollar, pound, euro or yen raised will be put to good use.
Please visit our Kickstarter project and play an integral role in helping us bring Grandine il Vento to life, and to the ears of fans around the world.

Jack the Frost has released their first single

Jack the Frost is the most freezing powerful melodic metal band from the arctic scenery of Finland!

The band started back in August 2009 when members of ex-Requem and Silent Voices united by covering Helloween's Keeper Of The Seven Keys part II, the whole album on it's entirety, live. "Jack The Frost" is the very first song released from the upcoming album.

Recorded at Studio57 (Sonata Arctica, Cain's Offering, etc.) in Alaveteli, Finland by Pasi Kauppinen and mastered at Chartmakers (Rammstein, Volbeat etc.) in Helsinki, Finland by Svante Forsbäck, Jack the Frost -single is a shining example of the band's powerful style, musicianship and songwriting skills. However, this energetic sound is in it's best live.

You can listen it through their website: http://jackthefrost.com/

OLI BROWN - "HERE I AM" - OFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY

So here he is. The great white hope of British blues. The young man
blues sensation. The rock 'n' roll alchemist who fires a bullet-belt
of influences into the mix. The heart-on-sleeve songwriter who bleeds
onto the lyric sheet and solos like his soul is hard-wired to his
fingers. The mover, shaker and rule-breaker, who drags the dusty
conventions of the blues into the millennium by the hair.

But if you thought you knew the real Oli Brown, you don't know the
half of it. Please allow him to introduce himself. Three albums into
his career, Here I Am finds Oli letting down the barriers, showing his
cards, turning the spotlight on himself and defying you to turn off
your stereo. "The new album is called Here I Am," he explains,
"because I'm saying, 'this is me'. People know when something isn't
believable. I'm just trying to be honest."

Here I Am is the sound of an artist on the crest of a wave. When Oli
hit the studio in Nottingham after a triumphant 2011, he had the
plaudits of fans, press, peers and heroes ringing in his ears, a
truck-load of trophies and a huge weight of expectation. Most
22-year-olds would have felt pressure, but with his dream team around
him – drummer/producer Wayne Proctor and bassist Scott Barnes – Oli
rode the red light and chased down 12 classic songs to hand over to
Magic Garden Mastering's Brian Lacey (fresh from The Black Keys' El
Camino album).

It's a tracklisting that runs the gauntlet, from Thinking About Her's
grooving ode to a seductress, past the desolate break-up blues of All
We Had To Give, to the stinger missile Solid Ground that features Paul
Jones on harmonica and signs off the album with a slam-dunk. "Ain't
tryin' to be no Jimi or Stevie, I wanna be my goddamn self," Oli roars
on the title track, and even on covers of Donny Hathaway's I Love You
More Than You'll Ever Know and Nikka Costa's Like A Feather, he has
both hands on the wheel. Oli Brown has stepped it up. Again.

It's a long climb from the schoolyards of Norwich to the top table of
the British blues scene, and hard to believe that Oli Brown has scaled
it in just four years. "I didn't have any career ambitions until I
started playing guitar in 2002," he notes. "Blues was always in the
background, but what really hit was the first Stevie Ray Vaughan album
I bought. When I started playing, Hendrix was my first influence. He
was a showman, too, setting his guitar alight. I've never done that!"

With his chops primed, Oli soon went public, playing impromptu Norwich
jam nights where "we didn't even know what we were playing, but it
taught me a lot". The pivotal moment came at 15, when he was invited
to the US as the guest of Blinddog Smokin': a support slot that
morphed into a mentoring scheme, with Oli sharing bills with Buddy Guy
and Taj Mahal, and being schooled after-hours by his hosts. "Before
that, I didn't care what the music was, I just wanted to solo," he
admits. "But while I was out there, they taught me everything about
the blues, about stagecraft, about walking tall and speaking to the
audience."

Oli would return to the US with Blinddog Smokin' several times, while
he also cites the wisdom imparted by legends including Robben Ford,
John Mayall and Walter Trout. Fast-forward to 2008, though, and the
student had become the master, and when Ruf Records label boss Thomas
Ruf witnessed an explosive UK gig he signed Oli on the spot. Things
moved fast. That same year, the precocious bandleader burst out of the
blocks with Open Road: a dazzling opening shot that fused funky cuts
like Psycho with heart-rending solo showcases like Missing You. "There
aren't many 12-bars on there," Oli said in 2008. "I try to get across
a few different styles, but I haven't had any purists shout at me
yet!"

So it began. With that first release, the press woke up to what live
blues fanatics knew already, and promptly showered Oli with champagne,
with Blues Matters! voting Open Road the #2 album of 2008, and Classic
Rock declaring the singer had "the blues under his fingernails like
few of his peers". The flattery stepped up a gear when the Oli Brown
Band became the only British act selected for 2008's International
Blues Convention in Memphis, and some measure of his exploding profile
came when Oli was invited by John Fry of Ardent Studios to record a
live session… which scored 1.3 million hits in under a month.

The buzz was building, and by 2010, it caught the ear of legendary
British producer Mike Vernon, the veteran of such benchmarks as 1966's
Blues Breakers With Eric Clapton, who was lured out of semi-retirement
to helm second album, Heads I Win Tails You Lose, and capture a
light-footed tracklisting that mixed up scuttle-buttin' grooves like
Evil Soul and room-shakers like Real Good Time. On release in April
2010, it was clear this kid was more than alright, and the press duly
threw star ratings like confetti, with Mojo dubbing Oli "the hottest
young pistol in British blues", Uncut praising "a British bluesman to
rival Trucks and Bonamassa", and Classic Rock voting Heads I Win #3
blues album of the year.

With the 2010 British Blues Awards toasting him as Best Male Vocalist
and Best Young Artist, some musicians would have rested on their
laurels and watched the royalties roll in. Not Oli Brown. He once said
that "blues needs to be heard live", and it's true that while he tears
it up in the studio, his natural habitat is the darkened stage and his
favourite sound the roar of the crowd as he blasts songs skyward with
his signature Vanquish guitar. In 2011, Oli toured the UK, Europe, New
Zealand, Canada and America – even charming Uncle Sam with a
high-profile breakfast TV appearance – and scored another haul of
trophies at the British Blues Awards (Best Band and Best Album). The
year concluded in schoolboy fantasy-style, playing 25 gigs with John
Mayall. Somebody pinch him…

So where do you go when you've hit the top? The answer, for Oli Brown,
is back on the road, as he supports the April release of Here I Am
with a major UK headline tour. For this 22-year-old, blues isn't just
a job, an easy pay-cheque or a shot at cheap celebrity: it's his
passion, driving force and raison-d'être. "I picked the wrong genre of
music to be a celebrity," Oli laughs. "I just wanted to be a credible
musician and get respect from people." With Here I Am, it's mission
accomplished.

"The hottest young pistol in British Blues" - Mojo

"A British Bluesman to rival Trucks and Bonamassa" - Uncut

"Brown's fretwork really stuns" - Classic Rock

"His singing voice is compelling" - Guitarist

Echo Us' Album Notebook - Documentary - Animated Short

'Tomorrow Will Tell' Documentary Pt 1  | 'Tomorrow Will Tell' Documentary Pt 2 [new]

Website: www.echous.net Contact: info@echous.net

Echo Us Releases Album Notebook, Documentary Video and Animated Short

With the March 20th release of Tomorrow Will Tell The Story, Echo Us now offers exclusively through www.echous.net, a lyric notebook and photobook to accompany the CD. The notebook, similar in design to one created for 2009's The Tide Decides is available as a stand-alone application with all orders placed directly through the group's website.

Now also available is the entire Tomorrow Will Tell Documentary Interview series with Ethan Matthews, creator of Echo Us. The series goes into depth about the making of Echo Us' latest album, as well as Ethan's overall musical history starting in the 1990's with the cross over ambient / progressive metal act Greyhaven. Fans will get to hear first hand Ethan's approach to music composition, which he calls 'musical channeling' due to it's kinship with spiritualistic phenomena such as automatic writing, channeling and clairvoyance.

In addition, a new video-mix of The Mirror In The Window, the musical and thematic apex to Tomorrow Will Tell The Story is now available. The photo-based video animation was first created by Ethan Matthews and digital artist Andrea Attili in November 2010, but this 2012 remux features the audio mix and master from the CD edition of the album. The messages, ambience and atmospheres of The Mirror In The Window brings to life what the name Echo Us actually means: a call for 'unity' and communication with other realities.

Henta-Ethan_Matthews

Echo Us' is an ambient, atmospheric music concept project first created in the year 2000 by Ethan Matthews, formerly the guitarist and composer for the ambient progressive rock/metal act Greyhaven. Tomorrow Will Tell The Story is Echo Us' second installment in a trilogy begun with 2009's The Tide Decides. The trilogy tells the story of an entity rising through levels of consciousness stages, set to Echo Us' novel mix of ambient, and atmospheric progressive rock.

Echo Us features new collaborators with each album, and Tomorrow Will Tell The Story brings the vocal talents of Grammy-nominated singer Henta, originally from the United Kingdom.

All Echo Us albums are available in Europe through Musea Records, Just For Kicks (Germany) as well as other vendors, and in the United States through the imprint Absolute Probability Recordings and associated music vendors.

3RDegree to release new studio album THE LONG DIVISION

3RDegree's first new studio album in over 3 years will be officially
released in September so why are we telling you now?

Well, have you heard of the "crowd funding" sites Kickstarter.com,
RocketHub.com and others like it? On those sites, you "crowd fund" a
project-usually at the beginning of the writing or recording
process-in exchange for unique prizes (house concert, unreleased
demos, merch) later on down the road.

Cool idea, but we're finishing our album as we write this, so we
intend to use whatever funds we can raise and put it toward the
manufacturing of the CD, album cover and promotion. Your donation
(open from now until May 30th) via Paypal (or other method-email us
for options) will get the album in your hands by late June! In the
summer, press outlets will be getting their reviews of the CD ready
and we will be getting our live show and a music video ready for the
September official release date. Please come to www.3RDegreeONLINE.com
and see what we've come up with. Believe it or not, one donation
level allows you a speaking part on this album!

To further illustrate what we're doing here, watch this video. We
hope you find it very entertaining!

What can we tell you about the album? Well, like Narrow-Caster (our
last album from 2008) it will be in an "eco-wallet" which uses no
plastic and ships cheaply. It is 10 songs long with over 50 minutes
of music. It also has 3 songs longer in length than any we've
recorded! While it's not a "concept album", it would be fair to call
it a "thematic album". And while not every song fits the mold,
roughly half will hit you as being very timely this election year.
No, we're not taking sides here, but there's lots to say about
divisions-red/blue, black/white, rich/poor, on and on it goes.

SONG TITLES (order subject to change):

THE LONG DIVISION

1. The Socio-Economic Petri Dish

i. Prelude To A Bailout (instrumental)

5. Televised

6. A Nihilist's Love Song

7. The Millions Of Last Moments (instrumental)

THE DIRTY HEADS ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM, CABIN BY THE SEA, OUT JUNE 19th

So-Cal alternative rockers The Dirty Heads have announced their long-awaited new album, Cabin By The Sea, which will be globally released on Five Seven Music on June 19th.  The album, produced by Mario C., was recorded at Sonic Ranch Studios in Texas and features collaborations with MatisyahuDel the Funky Homosapien, Ky-Mani Marley and Rome.  Cabin, the follow up to 2008's Any Port In A Storm showcases the band's signature rock/reggae/hip-hop sound that that is synonymous with its good vibes.  Sonically, the tracks range from the feel good reggae tune, aptly entitled "Your Love," to the bright and upbeat acoustic pop of the title track, to the easy grooves of the first single, "Spread Too Thin."  Legendary L.A. alternative rock station and longtime supporter of The Dirty Heads, KROQ, premiered "Spread Too Thin" on March 9th and shortly added the track into rotation.  Click here to watch the studio video http://youtu.be/Z-Q7oitAwes and visit iTunes to purchase http://bit.ly/wpN4jk.

"This album has consumed every waking minute of my life, it's all I think about. We found our sound as a band over the last album and past tours and countless shows and Cabin by the Sea is a product of that. We wanted to write an album that can take you to a different place or a different state of mind away from everyday life," said Jared "Dirty J" Watson.

The Dirty Heads have shared stages with the likes of 311, Matisyahu, O.A.R and Sublime with Rome, among others.  Their most recent live appearance was at last week's SXSW, where the band performed as the secret headliner on Saturday for Vizio Presents SXSW Wahoo's Fish Taco 4 Nights of Music.  The band is set for a run of radio and college dates this spring and will be shortly announcing dates for this summer and fall.  Look for tour dates to be announced soon at www.thedirtyheads.com.

Formed in 2003 out of Huntington Beach, CA, The Dirty Heads combine an intriguing mix of hip-hop, reggae and alternative rock with a sunny California swagger.  The band released their debut album, Any Port In A Storm in September of 2008, which features the hit track "Lay Me Down," a song that spent eleven weeks at #1 on the Billboard alternative chart, more than any single that year by any other artist.  It is a certified gold single. Rolling Stone touted the 'Heads as one of  the year's best new bands and they were among the first bands featured on YouTube's Raw Session.

CalProg Presents Shaming of the True LIVE

CalProg is honored to announce the only show of the epic rock opera by the brilliantly twisted late, great Kevin Gilbert called "The Shaming of the True". This full-scale theatrical production is being directed by Mark Hornsby (Rewiring Genesis) and Nick D'Virgilio who also is featured in the starring role as Johnny Virgil. The band is comprised of musicians that all performed with Kevin at some point in his career. They are:

Stan Cotey - Guitar (Giraffe)
Dave Kerzner - Keys (Thud)
Paul Ill - Bass (Kaviar)
Brian MacLeod - Drums - (Toy Matinee, Tuesday Night Music Club, Thud, Shaming, Kaviar)
Plus Special Surprise Guests

"Shaming" was something that Kevin worked on off and on for years throughout his career. NDV who had been intimately involved in many aspects of the project decided to complete it for him following his untimely tragic passing, and the finished product was this brilliant piece of work. It was performed live only once in 2002 at ProgWest. It had been recorded for a live release, but due to glitches in the recording it was never released. This time it will be recorded digitally for a DVD/CD production, and there will be no "glitches"!

Shaming of the True Live
Saturday June 2, 2012 - 8:00pm
The Shannon Center for the Performing Arts at Whittier College (seats 400)
Tickets on sale now only at http://www.calprog.com (do not call the theater)

THE STORY
The album follows the career of a singer/musician named Johnny Virgil, which follows an arc common to many big rock and roll bands/stars. It starts out promisingly, but he is lured into the common trap of record-company exploitation and seduced by fame and drugs/alcohol. He becomes more and more burned out and withdrawn as his career becomes larger than life, feeling like he's losing touch with his humanity, until the whole thing culminates in a breakdown. He goes through a period of disillusionment and depression but eventually makes peace with himself. A number of clues (last song title, lyric "End of a long days life," reprise of train whistle in distance, etc..) may also indicate that Johnny dies penniless on the street or takes his own life.

The new studio album from acclaimed norwegian post-progressive art rockers

Gazpacho return with their new album, 'March of Ghosts', which will be
released on Kscope in March 2012.

Formed in Oslo in 1996 by childhood friends Jon-Arne Vilbo and Thomas
Andersen along with Jan-Henrik Ohme (later joined by Mikael Krømer,
Lars Erik Asp and Kristian Torp), Gazpacho have honed their unique
sound over a string of critically acclaimed albums and numerous tours,
including several with long-time supporters Marillion.

March of Ghosts is the band's follow-up to Missa Atropos, which was
released on Kscope in 2011 along with the live album, London. London
was recorded on the band's recent European tour and the success of
this tour helped provide the genesis for March of Ghosts, as Jon-Arne
explains: 'the previous tour gave us lots of inspiration. So, the week
after returning we went straight into the studio to capture whatever
came. As a result, the majority of the album was written in a day
writing orgy where the band got together and jammed for a full day and
night… "March of Ghosts" was surprisingly easy to write.'

Such was the success of these early sessions that a lot of the
material that can be heard on the final album comes from this original
jam session. This material was then honed, dissected and refined
throughout the summer and autumn of 2011 to create a coherent whole.

While Missa Atropos can be viewed as a concept album, following the
story of one person leaving everything behind, Thomas sees March of
Ghosts is much more as a collection of short tales; 'The idea was to
have the lead character spend a night where all these ghosts (dead and
alive) would march past him to tell their stories.'

Characters include Haitian war criminals, the crew of the Marie
Celeste, a returning American WWI soldier who finds himself in 2012
and the ghost of an English comedy writer who was wrongly accused of
treason and who will sit for eternity listening to gramophone
recordings of the broadcasts he did on enemy radio. As lead singer
Jan-Henrik explains, 'They are short stories. They are a march of
ghosts. They are tales that need to be told.'

Mr Gil returns! with their fourth studio album entitled „I Want You to Get Back Home"

Metal Mind Productions is proud to announce the release of the fourth studio album by Mr Gil, a project led by Mirek Gil (ex-Collage, Believe). Their new album entitled „I want you to get back home" is scheduled for release on June, 4th in Europe and  July, 10th in USA (via MVD).

The beginning of Mr Gil dates back to 1998. It was then that Mirek Gil, the guitarist of the progressive group Collage, decided to present his artistic abilities on his first solo album "Alone". He invited his fellow musicians to this project: Olaf Łapczyński on vocals, Krzysztof Palczewski on keyboards, Piotr Witkowski on bass and Vlodi Tafel on drums. The most outstanding track on that album was undoubtedly the song "Beggar", which to this day is often performed during the concerts of groups led by Mirek Gil. After the success of "Alone", the band chose to keep silent for the next 10 years. In 2009, the idea of reactivating the project was born. The band released "Skellig" in 2010, this time with Karol Wróblewski (Believe) on vocals. Also in 2010, the band released the album "Light and Sound".

Mr Gil (l-r): Konrad Wantrych, Karol Wróblewski, Mirek Gil, Paulina Druch

And now the band return with their fourth studio album entitled „I Want You to Get Back Home".

As the band say: „You can't plan everything. And especially you cannot control what comes out of the human soul. Because it is the need for honesty, friendship and passion that grew into the idea of Mr. Gil's new album. Friends decided to meet again in the studio to complete their story..."

And this story started with their album „Light & Sound", when the band's new improved line-up crystalized: Mirek Gil (guitars), Karol Wróblewski (vocals), Konrad Wantrych (piano, keys) and Paulina Druch (cello). Their album „I Want You to Get Back Home", recorded in the same line-up, brings 10 brand new tracks. „It's like coming back home, like a return to peace and warmth" says Mirek Gil. „In our new music, there is a lot of friendship and that was the main idea behind it. Is there anything more important, more beautiful than this? We have managed to learn more about each other. It is in each other that we have found that home".

More details to come soon!

JADIS NEW ALBUM COMMING SOON

This is just a quick update about the progress of the new Jadis CD which will be released this summer, there will be 8 tracks and the musicians
are:

Gary Chandler
Stephen Christey
Andy Marlow
Arman Vardanyan

They have made a video while recording the drum parts and a few guitar sections, the song featured has the working title 'With or without words'  and it can be viewed on you tube by clicking the link below:
Jadis are a four piece rock band hailing from the south of England. They became a full-time gigging outfit when they supported IQ on  their 'Nomzamo' tour of Britain and Europe. They then supported Marillion  on their 'Clutching At Straws' UK tour, culminating in three nights at London's Hammersmith Odeon.
A period of extensive touring then followed, in which Jadis played over 150 gigs in pubs and clubs throughout Britain, building up a substantial following and building up to a sold out debut headline at London's prestigious Marquee Club. On the recording front, the band issued several demo-tapes produced by Steve Rothery of Marillion, which proved very popular with Jadis's growing audience.

Gary was forced to reorganise the line-up, soon recruiting keyboard player Martin Orford from IQ, an old friend who lived locally, and a chance meeting with drummer Steve Christey led to him also joining the band. Together with bass player Nick May, the new line-up was soon in great demand and headline billing at the Rougemont Festival in France and major gigs in Germany marked the start of a very successful period for Jadis.

After a brief period Nick May was replaced by John Jowitt, another IQ member, and very soon afterwards, the band were in the studio to commence the recording of their debut CD release, More Than Meets The Eye, the first new album on the embryonic GEP label, which Martin helped set up.

Following its release in the spring of 1992, More Than Meets The Eye quickly won critical acclaim from around the world, including recommendations and air play on BBC Radio One from both Alan Freeman and Tommy Vance, and rave reviews in the European music press. The readers of the influential SI magazine in Holland voted it album of the year, and the extensive 'Lurve Ambassadors' tour of Germany, Holland and France in November 1992 enhanced the band's reputation as a live act still further.

1993 saw less live work for Jadis, although an appearance at the Uden Festival in Holland was the band's biggest gig to date. Studio work was much more frenetic however, and the Once Upon A Time mini-CD appeared towards the end of the year. This was intended to be the first in a series of releases featuring new recordings of classic tracks form the band's early years. The main priority, however, was the writing of material for the new album, a seemingly daunting task following the almost universal popularity of More Then Meets The Eye.

Recording commenced in January 1994, and after almost three months of painstaking work, Across The Water was released at the start of May, selling out of the initial run in only 10 days! Jadis then embarked on a promotional tour of Europe with American band Enchant. At the end of the year Jadis were voted Best Band by the UK's Classic Rock Society, and in addition, Across The Water was awarded Album Of The Year accolade.

In early 1995, John Jowitt and Martin Orford decided to leave the band to devote more time to their IQ commitments. The vacant bass player slot was filled by local musician Steve Hunt, who quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the band. Martin Orford continued to play for Jadis as a session musician until Mike Torr took over keyboard duties in October 2005. In December, the Classic Rock Society voted Gary Best Guitarist and their Best Gig award was awarded to the band's Rotherham performance of earlier that year.

1996 saw the arrival of a second mini-CD, Once Or Twice, showcasing the new line-up. Following on from Once Or Twice, it again featured re-recordings of older material, and was the first CD to include a live track. During the summer tour the band struck out into new territories, playing in Spain, Slovakia and Poland, as well as Germany, Holland and the UK, ending on a sweltering hot July night in Rotherham.

New material was written at a pace, and in early 1997 Jadis produced their third album, Somersault. Following an amicable split from the GEP label, the band released this album themselves, distributed via Steve Rothery's Dorian Music label. This new work received very positive reviews throughout the world. A wonderful series of European gigs followed soon after, including the German Progressive Rock Festival and headline billing at the two day UK Classic Rock Society Festival.

As a result of the success of these gigs, the band decided to release the eagerly awaited live album, entitled As Daylight Fades. This live album encapsulates the bands live energy and musical prowess, with stage favourites drawn from three albums, primarily recorded at the unforgettable 1996 Annual 'Garden Gig' with Martin Orford returning for a special guest appearance . Released by the band themselves, As Daylight Fades continued to sell well and opened up new areas for the band, particularly Japan and South America. Soon after the release of the live album, Jadis again fell prey to a change of line-up, however, on a positive note this saw Martin Orford return to the vacant keyboard stool. A short but successful tour of the UK, Holland and Belgium followed in October 1998, again culminating in headlining the UK Classic Rock Society Festival. New territory was chartered at the end of the years, when Gary and Martin were invited to perform some acoustic dates, featuring Jadis and IQ favourites, in Chile.

In 2000, the band recorded their fourth studio album, Understand, with John Jowitt returning to recomplete the line-up. Following release the band proceeded to tour, playing some very well received gigs in Holland, Germany, Belgium and the Baja Festival in Mexico. This extensive tour culminated in a blistering two and a half hour performance at the Annual Garden Gig in July 2001, which was recorded and released as Alive Outside the following November. As a further treat, 2001 also saw the release of MediumRare, a rarities CD containing re-mastered versions of Jadis EP's Once Upon A Time and Once Or Twice together with previously unreleased live and demo tracks.

2002 saw yet more gigs played and the band started writing for the next studio album. The recording of Fanatic, their fifth studio album, was completed early in 2003 and the album was released on the well known InsideOut label in April. A supporting tour through Europe then followed, seeing gigs played in a number of countries, including Poland, Germany, Holland and the UK. During this tour the Live DVD View From Above was recorded and subsequently released in September 2003. A combination of the album Fanatic and old favourites feature on the DVD, providing a superb history of the band in a live environment.
2004 sees the band pick up where 2003 left off, with yet more gigs through Europe, in support of Fanatic and then off to the United States to headline the ROSfest festival where they played to a near capacity crowd in Philadelphia's Colonial Theatre.

On 28th February 2005 the band released their reworked debut album More Than Meets The Eye following which the band returned to mainland Europe for a small tour in support of this album release.

2006 saw the release of the band's sixth studio album Photoplay, showcasing the band's more guitar driven side to much critical acclaim. Unfortunately soon after the release of this album both Martin Orford and John Jowitt decided to part company with Jadis. For the tour that followed, the vacated seat behind the keyboards was filled by the talented Giulio Risi and on bass the band was joined by Andy Marlow.
With this new line-up complete work will soon be underway on the band's seventh studio album.
