Uganga to release live album recorded in Europe

In September last year, UGANGA completed its first European tour. The band played 18 shows in seven countries: Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal and Spain.

Absolute success, the tour will now perpetuate on the band's discography with the release of a live album recorded during the European trip.

According to the vocalist Manu Joker (ex-Sarcofago), several shows of the tour were recorded and at the moment the band works on the audio files before they define tracklist and other details.
"The recepetion for UGANGA in Europe was awesome", recalls. "We had the opportunity to play very different shows, from festivals to small pubs. We're working on different audio options to be able to transmit with fidelity the atmosphere of the tour. This release will be special since it's our first live album and because it registers the most important moment of our 17 years career".

Still untitled, the album will be released in Europe on the second semester by Metal Soldiers Records from Portugal. In Brazil, the band is still on negotiation with record labels.

Among other news, UGANGA was confirmed to play at the 13th edition of Roça 'N' Roll, one of the major Brazilian metal/rock festivals. This year the festival happens in three days (June 23th, 24th and 25th) at Fazenda Estrela, a big farm in the city of Varginha, Minas Gerais state.
UGANGA will play on the saturday, June 25th and will share the stage with Cathedral (UK), Andre Matos (Angra/Shaman), Dr. Sin, Imago Mortis, Genocidio, Tuatha De Dannan, Claustrofobia, and other important names from the Brazilian metal/rock scene.
