ScienceNV - “Titan” new album and a digital single

Release Date: March 26, 2013 "Titan" is from the forthcoming full album from ScienceNV entitled "Last Album Before the End of Time"

With their musical heart and homebase in San Francisco, California, ScienceNV was formed in 2005.The name is quite a telling one. For starters all four members of the group work in the sciences. Secondly, saying the name out loud reveals both the true meaning of the acronym and their sense of humor. ScienceNV released their debut album, Really Loud Noises in 2008. They followed that up with Pacific Circumstances in 2010. With a couple digital singles scheduled for the lead up to its release, Last Album Before the End of Time is set to hit the market in 2013. They've gotten great reviews for previous albums.

ScienceNV go harder on this digital single and it works in every way, with all of the spacey synth to perfectly contrast a searing guitar bite…It comes highly recommended because it has everything from a hard rock edge to a prog groove and even a slight jazz fusion vibe." – Larry Toering in a User review at Music Emissions.

"If this single is representative of the overall sound and quality of musicianship, I will be searching out more of their material. The instrumentation of guitar, bass, drums and keyboards seems straightforward, but manages to achieve symphonic levels without synthesizing strings and horns. There aren't too many solely instrumental bands that can hold my attention for long, but this three-and-a-half minute work really packs a punch…The greatness of this single is represented in the composition and arrangement rather than virtuosity of soloing…I have listened to it three or four times and now it's stuck in my head. This is a good sign for a single – especially one that doesn't have a real commercial hook." – Scott Prinzing in the upcoming issue of Music Street Journal.
