Pain of Salvation - "Remedy Lane Re:visited (Re:mixed & Re:lived)" out now!

Swedish progressive rock/metal innovators Pain of Salvation are releasing a very special reissue version of their 2002 album "Remedy Lane" entitled "Remedy Lane Re:visited (Re:mixed & Re:lived)" today via InsideOutMusic.
Therefore, Pain of Salvation's classic track "Fandango (Live)" is launched now via a static clip on YouTubeas next online sample for the release. It can be checked out here:

Previously, "Rope Ends (Remix)" was made available here: https://youtu.be/9oTMI_jc-NA

Pain of Salvation's Daniel Gildenlöw checked in to comment about "Fandango (Live)" as follows:
"Fandango has always been one of my favorite live songs, and it's always well received by the crowd. I think it's simply very cool for both us as musicians and for the fans to see this very complex beast spring to life. And those high notes of mine in the end of the song seem to guarantee a certain level of impressiveness, regardless of who is listening. I still recall when we were on tour back in 2002 together with Dream Theater - after our show James LaBrie and Jordan Rudess came up to me and shook their heads with big smiles. James said he just couldn't understand how I could pull off all those hard-on-the-voice styles and techniques and still master the high end like that. Jordan agreed and joked that those last notes in Fandango were probably illegal in several states. Needless to say, that was a pretty huge moment for me."

With this release, Pain of Salvation re-visit their ground-breaking and genre-bending "Remedy Lane" album by teaming up with old companion and mixing engineer wizard Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios (Opeth, Symphony X, Devin Townsend, Haken, etc.) for a new sonic take on the original recordings as well as the intense full-album live performance from ProgPower USA Festival from 2014.

Both these "Remedy Lane" recordings will be available either together as 2CD Digipak format dubbed "Remedy Lane Re:visited (Re:mixed & Re:lived)" with a total playing time of 142 minutes or individually as Gatefold 2LP (+ Its corresponding album as bonus CD) or Digital Download versions, respectively called"Remedy Lane Re:mixed" (Playing time: 68 min.) and "Remedy Lane Re:lived" (Playing time: 74 min). The releases will come with revised artwork, expanded booklet design and extensive liner-notes by Daniel Gildenlöw.

The individual vinyl versions of both "Remedy Lane Re:mixed" and "Remedy Lane Re:lived" are available on black vinyl as well as in limited coloured runs on clear vinyl (100x copies from IOM webshop) or transparent orange (300x copies).
