Lyrically, the song suggests that the human lineage has reached a dead end, and, in the words of Tom Petty "It's time to move on, It's time to get going."
The visual concept for the video was inspired by a three year old girl. Men in their 30's and one in his 40's developed the set. The filming and editing was undertaken by Adam Pike (age unknown).
