Finnish symphonic metal masters Nightwish are hard at work recording their new album. Recently the band posted some in studio footage of them capturing the full orchestral sound plus a variety of other instruments.

Nightwish has also announced the first date for their next world tour. The Imaginarium World Tour will kick off on January 21st, 2012 at The Gibson Theater. This will be the biggest Nightwish production ever on US soil and will be the only show in the US until later 2012.
