Jordan Rudess will bring his app development company, Wizdom Music to MacWorld, (Mobile Apps Showcase area, Stand # 818 - 43), January 27 - 29, 2011 in San Francisco. Rudess will be available for demonstrations and impromptu performances of his award-winning music creation app for iPad and iPhone, Morphwiz, as well as his new photo and video effects app, SketchWiz. In addition, Rudess will perform a FREE, open-to-the-public concert at the Apple Store on January 28, 2011.

In June 2010, Rudess, and his business partner Kevin Chartier, launched their app development company, Wizdom Music. Their first product, MorphWiz, a virtual musical instrument for iPhone, iPad and iTouch, shot to the #1 spot on iTunes in the USA and other nations within a few days of its June 18, 2010 release. MorphWizwas chosen as "Best Music Creation App" in the first-ever Billboard Music App Awards, produced by Billboard Magazine, a mere four month later, on October 5, 2010. MorphWiz has gone onto receive other accolades, including Emusician.com calling it the Best Music Creation App of 2010, andDavid Mash, Vice President for Technology and Education Outreach, Berklee College of Music, who called MorphWiz "a 5 Star app," that is "deep, powerful, sounds great, stable and well thought-out," and "a very satisfying musical experience!"
In addition, Jordan will be joined by Eyal Amir and Ray Livnat, from Israel's Project RnL, creators of the hit YouTube.com video single, "Another One," which is almost entirely recorded and performed with iPad virtual instruments, including MorphWiz. Friday, January 28, 2011: Rudess will be at the Wizdom Music stand from 10 a.m. to noon.
a. At 2 p.m. Rudess will speak at a feature presentation session, "Music Meets Multitouch," where he willbe performing some of his latest musical creations live on his iPad, and keyboard technology.
b. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the same date, at the Apple Store, One Stockton Street, San Francisco, Jordan Rudess, and Logic Pro performance artist Steve Horelick from macProVideo.com, will play a live electronic set featuring Apple technology. This performance is FREE and open to the public.
Saturday, January 29, 2011: Rudess will be at the Wizdom Music MacWorld stand, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
