Worries following our recent post concerning distibution of Enid News at High Voltage.
The Enidi have recieved quite a lot of concerns over the tone and content of Robert John Godfrey's article on Prog. He has clearly taken all this on board. This is what he has had say on the members only forum an hour ago.
"Thank you very much for this. Today I have done a complete rewrite of my article in which I have sought to be more transparent in my motives, more inclusive and supportive of the genre and less judgemental. Nevertheless, this debate has to be had and I will continue to try and ignite one. The Enid are a Marmite band and we should act like one. I believe that whilst there will be some who find my views simply too hard to stomach, there will be others with whom my message will resonate. People having hitherto taken little notice of The Enid. Thanks a lot for all your help - believe me, I have taken it to heart. We go to press on Thursday - don't be shy of further critique."
