'Hero and Heroine: In Ascencia' features visionary songwriter David Cousins, lead guitarist Dave Lambert, and bass player Chas Cronk, the front line of the band from 1974 when the album was first released.
Drummer Tony Fernandez returns again to the Strawbs line-up along with classically-trained John Young on keyboards to deliver the most intense, powerful, and poignant performance the band has produced in its remarkable 40 year history.
