Frenzied and unhinged yet reverberating with a vulnerable sincerity, Medulla are a novel expression. Filled with the raw and unfettered energy that drives groups like The Mars Volta, they nonetheless leave themselves as emotionally exposed as Radiohead or Tool. Bottomless, and of menacing breadth, Medulla explore the infinite nature of our human struggle to finally understand one another.
Formed in 2011, the above exploration has been Medulla's mission statement since it's inception. Born in Austin but never tethered to it.
