Firstly, we are releasing another digital single from the Bedlam album.
"As crazy as it seems, we are in this all together..."
In these troubled times, never have a song's lyrics seemed so apt, Bad Elephant Music is delighted to announce some light amongst all the gloom. Today sees the digital release of the track As Crazy As It Seems, from UK melodic rock bandThe Room.
Taken from the band's impressive second release Beyond The Gates Of Bedlam, this single epitomises the rich musical heritage at the heart of The Room's progressive tinged rock - a combination of impressive musicianship, catchy hooks and thought-provoking lyrics.
The band invest major time and energy in all their releases, taking accepted AOR and melodic rock norms and ripping them up to start afresh with a more focused and intense take on the genre.
The reviews have been equally as impressive:
"Two albums in and The Room are already a band who can discard phrases such as 'showing promise', 'much to build on', or 'could be exciting'. Beyond The Gates of Bedlam already delivering a fully realised vision that's sure to captivate those with an ear for seductive melodies, biting lyrics and songs that manage to remain deep and involving while being catchy as hell." - Steven Reid (Sea Of Tranquility)
As Crazy As It Seems can be downloaded, pay what you want, at the Bad Elephant Music sales site:
