Emisferi Paralleli, Rock/Metal Progressive band from Italy!

Emisferi Paralleli's project was born in November 2008 from an idea of Luca Arcangeli Conti (bass and vocals), Alessandro Esposito (keyboards and vocals) and Fabrizio Felici (guitars and vocals), also together in their former project Semi Infermità Mentale.
The three musicians begun to develop several ideas that needed to be completed and developed with drum and vocal inserts. In August 2009 two new members joined the rising band: Alessio Silvioli, present-day drummer of Lost in Oblivion, and Andrea Benedetti, singer in the first Semi Infermità Mentale line-up.
Thanks to the good feeling between the five musicians, new ideas were transformed into new songs that show influences from seventies Italian Rock progressive sound (PFM, Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, Biglietto per l'Inferno, Osanna) and more recent progressive metal/symhonic sonority (Symphony X, Dream Theater, Angra).
Emisferi Paralleli's project is also linked to the progressive rock experience by the research that they are carrying-out in order to join together different arts: music, paint and literature as universal ways of human expression. Rock and art are melted together in their first concept album in which the five musicians paint, through notes and rhytms, emotions and sensations inspired by the famous paint "Garden delights" of the Flemish painter Hieronymus Bosch (dated 1503-1504). Their musical and visual trip will drive you within the different sections of this fabulous paint.
Their first work has been entirely self-produced and recorded/mixed by Alessandro Esposito.
