ProgDay Welcomes Fibonacci Sequence!

NEW HEAVY INSTRUMENTAL PROGRESSIVE BAND from Milwaukee performs music from its stunning debut, and more...

Every now and then a band emerges on the progressive rock scene that seems to come out of nowhere to make an impression. FIBONACCI SEQUENCE is such a band. Though a two-song EP released in 2009 hinted at what was to come, it was the full-length debut Numerology that took everyone by surprise. It garnered glowing critical response and ultimately ended up on many best-of-2010 lists.

"Numerology is a fine piece of art, destined to become an instant classic..."
- Dimitris Starakis, MAGIC STARLIGHT 'ZINE

"I would recommend Numerology to fans of heavier progressive fusion bands like Planet X, Liquid Tension Experiment and so many others. Once you hear the music, you'll agree that the band Fibonacci Sequence should be said in the same sentences as the aforementioned bands. This is one of my favorite instrumental albums of 2010 and gets a very strong
recommendation from me."
- Ron Fuchs, PROGNAUT

"Numerology is a whole lot of experience: it is melodic, sad, cheerful, loud, classic, but most of all Fibonacci Sequence have made a brilliant album with Numerology. Every time I listen I get surprised and find something new. Wonderful stuff...9 out of 10"
- Gert Hulshof, DUTCH PROGRESSIVE ROCK PAGES

"It's hard to think of a more impressive indie prog entry in 2010."
- John Collinge, PROGRESSION MAGAZINE

With a symphonic core wrapped in a metal framework and delivered with energetic passion, ProgDay is happy to present FIBONACCI SEQUENCE for its first festival appearance.
