Produced by João Rodrigo Milanez, the video was shot in the band's home land, Londrina, Brazil, and has emphasis on lightning, both to talk about the concept of the lyrics as to highlight the arrangements and technical skill of the musicians.
"Start The War" is the first video of the band's debut album, The Inner Journey.
The record has been highly acclaimed by all sectors of the Brazillian media. In criticism about the album published on Combate Rock blog bound to Estado de Sao Paulo, the biggest and most respected Brazilian daily newspaper, the journalist Marcelo Moreira declared that IMAGERY is one of the "best Brazilian bands of the new generation". The website Rock On Stage gave maximum rate to the album (10/10), declaring, in the words of the editor Fernando R. R. Junior, that IMAGERY "owes nothing to bands like Dream Theater and Fates Warning in terms of quality". On the October 2012 issue of Comando Rock Magazine, IMAGERY was highlighted on the section "Independentes... Por Enquanto", dedicated for unsigned bands. Signed by the reporter Erica Imenes, the article brought declarations like "the mix between prog rock and the details of jazz, classical music and heavy metal was meticulously composed" and "the band is perfectionist with every detail of the songs".
The Inner Journey was recently nominated as "Best Metal Album" by the respected Brazilian magazine Dynamite. IMAGERY is competing for the prize with respected Brazilian metal acts like Andre Matos (Angra) and Dorsal Atlântica.
IMAGERY is currently formed by Joceir Bertoni (vocal/guitar), Ricardo Fanucchi (bass), Bruno Pamplona (drums) and Henrique Loureiro (keyboards).
